B | 该中心牵头起草的苦水玫瑰精油国家标准，对产品感官指标、理化参数、特征成分及检测方法作出统一规定，为玫瑰精油的生产、加工、贸易提供了明确的技术依据。

C | 　　在此基础上，该中心又推动发布了苦水玫瑰精油国际标准，实现了甘肃省特色香料领域国际标准“零的突破”，出口贸易有了统一的技术语言，国际市场准入障碍也随之降低。　　“以前客户看样品凭感觉，现在大家按同一个标准说话，品质好不好，数据说了算。”把存礼说，标准体系的建立，让苦水玫瑰精油有了统一的“身份标识”，也为企业拓展市场提供了权威背书。2025年11月底，在甘肃兰州一处商业街角，由高原苦水玫瑰制作的“西北特色花馍+咖啡”创新组合，日渐成为年轻人在冬日里的味蕾新宠。(资料图)李亚龙 摄　　标准只是第一步。围绕苦水玫瑰产业发展中的技术瓶颈，兰州海关技术中心联合甘肃省内龙头企业持续开展科研攻关，针对企业反映玫瑰花水品质难以稳定的痛点，优化设备运行参数与蒸馏萃取时间，从生产源头稳定了玫瑰花水产品品质，赋能企业增收，产品销量同比增长23.4%。　　“下一步，我们将继续围绕苦水玫瑰全产业链深化科研与服务，推动标准落地应用，助力甘肃苦水玫瑰品牌走得更远。”兰州海关技术中心高级工程师雷春妮说。　　从没有标准到国家标准出台，再到国际标准发布，兰州海关技术中心用一项标准、一套体系、一支队伍，帮助苦水玫瑰走出“优质不优价”的困局。
